Task:
1. Create a new HTML file and include the necessary Bootstrap CSS and JS files.
2. Design a navigation bar with three tabs: Home, Profile, and Messages.
3. Create three content sections for each tab.
4. Use Bootstrap's Navs and Tabs component to switch between the content sections.
Requirements:
