Steps:

Save to the Cloud: Save your presentation to OneDrive or SharePoint.

Open the presentation.

Click File > Save As and choose a cloud location.

Share the Presentation:

Click on the Share button at the top right.

Enter the email addresses of collaborators.

Set permissions (e.g., View or Edit) before sharing.

Collaborate in Real-Time:

Once shared, collaborators can edit the presentation simultaneously.
